Major Jim Sloan:  Homelessness in Portland

Major James Sloan of the Salvation Army has completed 15 years of service with his lovely wife Barbara. They are responsible for the Army's work in the Portland Metro area, which consists of 10 programs primarily focusing on housing for seniors, domestic violence, teenage mothers, homeless veterans, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, after-school programs, food pantries, and men and women emerging from homelessness.
